English Below- Mi nombre es Anais Ferreira soy originaria de Venezuela y vivo en Miami hace 9 años. Mi pasión por la nutrición y fitness me llevo a realizar varias certificaciones actualmente he completado las siguientes: - Health coach en IIN (Integrative Nutrition). - Fitness Nutrition Specialist en ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association). - Certificated Personal Trainer en ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association). - DNA Based Specialist Nutrition enISSA (International Sports Sciences Association). En el 2019 me convertí en madre lo que me llevo a buscar la manera de Entrenar con el mínimo equipo posible desde la comodidad de mi casa y a su vez compartir todo el proceso en mi redes sociales, desde entonces mi comunidad sigue creciendo y juntos seguimos aprendiendo. Gracias a esto me dedico a asesorar a personas que como yo han decidido Entrenar donde sea..y juntos lograr alcanzar nuestra mejor versión. --------- My name is Anais Ferreira, I’m from Venezuela and have lived in Miami for 9 years. My passion for nutrition and fitness motivated me to obtain several certifications, amongst which I’ve completed the following: - Health Coach at IIN (Integrative Nutrition) - Fitness Nutrition Specialist at ISSA (International Sports Science Association) - Certified Personal Trainer at ISSA (International Sports Science Association) - DNA-Based Specialist Nutrition at ISSA (International Sports Science Association) In 2019, I became a mom and that led me to find a way to train with the minimum equipment possible from the comfort of my home, sharing the entire process through my social media accounts. Since then, my community has continued to grow and, together, we continue to learn. It is thanks to this that today I dedicate myself to coaching people whom, like me, have decided to train anywhere. Together, we work on achieving our best version.
